Plaguefall Carry Overview

Plaguefall is a 5-player dungeon in Shadowlands, set within the oozing, blighted caverns of Maldraxxus' plagueworks, controlled by the House of Plagues. Players navigate toxic pools and slime canals, battling plagueborne monstrosities and the surgeons who create them, facing bosses like the plague-spewing Globgrog and the stitched Doctor Ickus, culminating in a fight against the mastermind Margrave Stradama. The dungeon is infamous for its dense, difficult trash, numerous area-of-effect hazards, and punishing damage-over-time effects, especially in Mythic+ runs.
